Upon your arrival to the hiki hut you will be greeted by one of our Sauna Stewards that will check you in. We’ll show you where to place your shoes and coats, and where to change. Each session lasts up to 60 or 90 minutes and you may cycle in and out of the heat as many times as you choose. Cycling is a great way to incorporate your heart muscle and, we think, promotes great relaxed feelings when finished.
Now – get sweaty, 10 – 15 min. is what most people like. Listen to your body!
PSA – Sauna temps range from 160°-200°f. Please do not sauna if you are pregnant or your heart muscle is not in tip-top shape.
