Cold Water Club, Glensheen Mansion:

October: Sundays 12pm-5pm

These sessions are designed to awaken the body. Start a cold water club sauna session with a chilly dip into the water, hold as long as you can (you’ll get better duration with practice) then finish up with the ultimate warm up in the sauna. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and relaxed, all at the same time. Swimsuits and towel required, water shoes highly recommended.
